Nourish Your Body, Enhance Recovery
Personalized nutrition to support your physical therapy journey.
Nutritional Physical Therapy Coaching is about crafting a tailored nutritional plan to complement your therapy, fostering overall well-being and recovery.
By integrating nutrition with physical therapy, you can optimize your body's natural healing processes, improve energy levels, and support tissue repair. This holistic approach not only aids in achieving your therapy goals but also enhances your quality of life, helping you feel your best every step of the way.
Nutrition services and coaching are included in your therapy sessions as appropriate & necessary just as with any of the other services offered.
However, upon request, we can set time aside to discuss your specific dietary questions, concerns and needs and create a program just for you which will include appropriate exercise as well. Please don't hesitate to ask during any session or schedule a separate free consultation session.
